Receiving a grant as an artist is like having the wind in your back as a cyclist. You still need to do all the pedalling yourself, but it makes the journey so much lighter!
It has been recently announced that I’m a recipient of the Arts Tasmania ‘Tasmanian Residencies 2024-2025’ grant, which I am excited to now be able to share!
The support of this Arts Tasmania residency grant will allow me to spend some time in 2025 focussing exclusively on two key music projects, including the development of my One Woman Show.
As an artist it means a lot to me that the musical works that I am creating resonate and I am truly honoured to receive this grant.
With much gratitude to Arts Tasmania for their support - and I’m looking forward to this artist residency in 2025!
